K-Beauty Takes Paris: The DAMTIX Pop-Up

This November, DAMTIX opened its doors in the Marais for a pop-up that invited Paris to experience Korean aesthetic skincare firsthand.

In France, curiosity about K-Beauty has been growing fast — not just the aesthetic, but the ingredients, the performance, and the real efficacy behind them. We wanted to answer that curiosity in person. So this November, DAMTIX brought its Korean aesthetic rituals to Paris, opening a pop-up at 21 Rue Debelleyme in the 3rd arrondissement.

The celebration began with a launch party — and Paris showed up. The room filled well beyond what we'd imagined and stayed busy all night: a live DJ, matcha cocktails, and Korean bites of rice balls and yakgwa, with a crowd that kept flowing in through the doors. What began as an opening night set the tone for a run that carried on well past its first weekend.

At the heart of it was a skincare and beauty-device testing zone, where visitors could feel our formulas on their own skin. That was the part that stayed with us: people kept coming back to tell us how the textures felt and what they were seeing after trying them. The response to the products was, quite simply, the best part of the week — and a reminder of why we made them.

Thank you to everyone who came, tested, danced, and shared the moment with us. Paris showed us how far Korean skincare can travel — and this was only the beginning.
